
NAWIC Announces Winners of 2025 Corporate Leadership Awards
Recognizing companies that serve as catalysts for change in the construction industry
Fort Worth, Texas — November 3, 2025 — The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Corporate Leadership Awards, which honor companies that exemplify inclusive leadership and serve as powerful agents of change in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
This year’s honorees are:
- Small Company Category (1–249 employees): Dellbrook | JKS, Quincy, Massachusetts
- Large Company Category (501+ employees): Cochran, Inc., Seattle, Washington
NAWIC’s Corporate Leadership Awards recognize companies that integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into every level of their operations. A winning company:
- Demonstrates diversity in leadership through inclusive hiring and promotion practices
- Invests in equity-driven workforce initiatives
- Engages underrepresented groups through outreach and creates opportunities for diverse contractors
- Tracks progress through measurable metrics
- Aligns community involvement with broader DEI principles to create lasting economic and social impact

Dellbrook | JKS was selected based on its support of multiple programs benefitting homeless outreach and affordable senior housing, and for creating the Dellbrook | JKS Women’s Collaborative, an employee resources group dedicated to fostering community and opportunities for growth.
Cochran, Inc. was honored for building a culture of belonging and opportunity having recently launched EMPOWER, an internal committee focused on education, awareness, and engagement and for creating Women of Cochran, an employee resource group that strengthens connections across their many locations.
