The NAWIC Southeast Region is the largest in the nation by membership numbers, proudly representing more than 1,000 professionals across 19 chapters and continuing to grow throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Puerto Rico. We are powerful, loud, fun, resilient, and we are united by a shared commitment to supporting and advancing women in construction. In the Southeast we foster a culture of leadership, inclusivity, encouragement, and collaboration across chapters and across regions. Adriana Perez was born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela, and brings a global perspective and strong work ethic to her career in the construction industry. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University in 2010, and later completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
She began her career in the electrical field of construction, where she developed a broad and practical understanding of jobsite operations, materials, and project execution. This experience laid the foundation for her continued growth in the industry. She has been with White Cap for the past seven years and currently serves as a Marketing Manager in the Product Marketing Department, where she applies her technical knowledge and business acumen to support strategic initiatives for business expansion.
Adriana is passionate about fostering unity and inclusion within the construction industry. She is committed to supporting women as they advance their careers, break barriers, and achieve long-term success. She leads with kindness and compassion while remaining a strong, principled leader who advocates for progress and meaningful change.
