The Pacific Northwest Region stretches from the rugged coasts of Alaska to the sunny valleys of Northern California, across the forests of Oregon and the misty evergreens of Washington, over the mountains of Idaho, the big skies of Montana, and all the way to the island of Guam. Across these seven states and one U.S. territory, 15 vibrant chapters and nearly 800 members come together with one purpose—to build each other up and advance women in construction.
Our members represent every facet of the industry—from the jobsite to the boardroom and across the professions that support construction, including design, engineering, finance, marketing, insurance, and education. This blend of experience and perspective makes our region dynamic. We celebrate diversity, value connection, and know that when women support women, entire communities grow stronger.
Rooted in tradition yet inspired by innovation, the Pacific Northwest Region embodies the NAWIC spirit—where leadership, learning, and laughter are the foundation of everything we build together.
