The South Atlantic Region reminds me of the people who came before me, from the grandfather I never met who worked in the steel plant to the grandmother who taught me the importance of grace, strength, and knowing how to carry yourself in every room. We are women forged in steel, grounded in grace, and rooted in tradition, while still having the foresight to recognize that the future is ours to shape.

I have spent the past nine years building a second career in construction, and today I serve as a Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager with Clark Construction Group. I am passionate about showing others that construction is not only a viable career path, but one filled with incredible opportunities to grow, lead, innovate, and make an impact.

I am honored to be part of NAWIC and believe deeply in its mission to advance and support women throughout the construction industry. My experience in NAWIC has helped shape me as a leader, strengthened my belief in the power of collaboration and connection, and introduced me to women who have become some of my closest friends.

My leadership style is rooted in bringing people together, creating space for different voices, and believing that we are strongest when we support one another. I am proud to continue advocating for women in construction and helping create opportunities for the next generation of women who will shape the future of our industry.One of the greatest benefits of being a NAWIC leader is the opportunity to connect with women who understand the unique challenges and successes that come with working in the construction industry.
