About Speaker

Jen Haub CPA, CCIFP – Ms. Haub is the Controller for Skender, one of the nation's top building contractors, located in Chicago, Illinois. Jen joined Skender in January of 2022 after 14 years at Pepper Construction. Since joining CFMA in 2009, her leadership roles have spanned both the local and national levels. Jen has been a Program Committee member for the Chicago Chapter of CFMA since 2012 and has served as its President since April of 2024. She previously served as Vice President, Secretary, Director, and Chair of the Social/Outreach Committee. Nationally Jen serves on the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee, the DEI+ Committee, as Co-Chair of the Next Gen Task Force, and on the Conference Program Committee (Vice Chair 2018-2020, Chair 2020-2022). Jen was the 2023 recipient of the Debra Hahn Memorial Association Award, and in 2019 was named General Member of the Year by the Chicago Chapter. Jen is an alumnus of CFMA’s Spring Creek and CFMA’s National Mentoring Program. Jen earned her Bachelors in Accounting from North Central College and her Masters in Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University.
