About Speaker

Yuhi Aizawa Combatti (she/her/hers) is the Director of Workforce Development at the Associated General Contractors of California (AGC of California), a membership organization that advocates on behalf of over 900 construction-industry companies. At AGC of California, Yuhi spearheads Build California, a comprehensive workforce development program designed to inspire, engage, and activate the next generation of California’s construction workforce.

Yuhi is dedicated to maximizing the impact of workforce development efforts with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of belonging. Before joining AGC, she successfully developed and implemented a diversity, equity, and inclusion program for a commercial general contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she helped to establish a robust organizational infrastructure that promoted a culture of belonging through collaboration with executive leadership and various teams.

Yuhi holds a certificate in Change Management from Cornell University and serves on the board of Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS).
