Join us for an experiential event designed to shed light on the unwritten dynamics of job sites. Through guided reflection and group discussion on site safety, tools, and mentorship, participants will gain practical insights into breaking down barriers and advancing equity across the trades. This event will be lead by the new NAWIC Indigenous Industry Council (IIC).
