Hard Hat Courage: Confronting Suicide in the Construction Industry
Join NAWIC and Hard Hat Courage on Tuesday, October 13th from 1–2 p.m. (CT) for an informative conversation about suicide prevention and mental health in the construction industry.
This session will explore the unique factors that contribute to suicide risk in construction and introduce free resources, tools, and support available through Hard Hat Courage, an initiative of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Participants will learn how they can bring these resources into their workplaces, communities, and personal networks. NAWIC Chapter Leaders will also gain ideas and practical tools to share with and support their members.
