Environmental Regulatory Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency requires compliance with a number of environmental permits during construction.  From stormwater pollution prevention, dust and emission control, hazardous waste management, and groundwater discharge, each site has specific federal, state, and local regulatory requirements that must be adhered to.  This session will highlight permits commonly required during construction and what compliance with these permits typically look like. The class will be taught using real world examples from a seasoned professional in the field.
