Lifetime Achievement Award

Submission Period: May 13th-June 10th

The NAWIC Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have made significant and enduring contributions to NAWIC and the construction industry over a substantial period, celebrating a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and dedicated service.

Entrants

  • Nominees must be current NAWIC member
  • As of May 1 of the current year, the nominee must have been a member of NAWIC for at least 15 years

A winning entrant must demonstrate:

  • Significant and lasting contributions to NAWIC through leadership roles, committees, initiatives, or programs
  • A sustained record of volunteerism, mentorship, and service throughout their membership
  • Meaningful impact on both the association and the broader construction profession
  • Qualities and values that exemplify the mission and goals of NAWIC

Deadline

  • 2026 submissions deadline: June 10th
  • All materials must be submitted via Sessionboard. Submissions sent via email, phone, shared drive, fax, or post will not be accepted
  • Deadline extensions and exceptions will not be granted

Review Process

  • All eligible entries are evaluated by an independent panel of industry professionals
  • Jurors review submissions independently before convening to discuss and select recipients
  • Contact from applicants or their supporters to jurors is strictly prohibited

Recognition

Award recipients will be announced and honored at NAWIC’s Annual Conference. Recipients will receive additional details with their selection notification.
