NAWIC Impact Award – Corporate Leadership

Submission Period: May 4th-June 10th

The NAWIC Impact Award – Corporate Leadership recognizes organizations serving as catalysts for change by advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and access at the national, industry, and association levels within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Entrants

  • All construction-related organizations in the U.S. are encouraged to enter
  • NAWIC membership is not required

A winning company must demonstrate:

  • Transformative corporate leadership that fosters a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access within the AEC industry
  • Meaningful workforce, leadership, and supplier diversity initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Lasting impact that extends beyond the immediate workplace to influence industry best practices, policies, or future leaders

Fees

  • Entry fee: $359
  • All entry fees are non-refundable
  • Applications are not considered complete until payment has been received

Deadline

  • 2026 submissions deadline: June 10th
  • All materials must be submitted via Sessionboard. Submissions sent via email, phone, shared drive, fax, or post will not be accepted
  • Deadline extensions and exceptions will not be granted

Review Process

  • All eligible entries are evaluated by an independent panel of industry professionals
  • Jurors review submissions independently before convening to discuss and select recipients
  • Contact from applicants or their supporters to jurors is strictly prohibited

Recognition

Award recipients will be announced and honored at NAWIC’s Annual Conference. Recipients will receive additional details with their selection notification.
