Our Goals
Current Projects or Initiatives:
The Marketing Committee is focused on several key initiatives to strengthen NAWIC’s communication, education, and brand recognition.
- Communication: Establishing a strong communication foundation by building a consistent cadence for regional and local networks. This includes fostering a unified dialogue to enhance marketing efforts across the NAWIC footprint.
- Education: Providing marketing training for each region during this term, along with resources, tools, materials, and guidance to support new member onboarding and continued education.
- Brand Recognition: Promoting brand consistency and developing leadership to sustain and amplify the NAWIC message across all chapters.
These initiatives aim to create a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances member engagement and elevates the visibility of NAWIC’s mission and values.

- Executive female industry / Marketing roles shared how they secured (and keep) their seat at the table

Meeting Schedule:

Skills or Expertise Needed:
Experience in corporate or company marketing, social media strategies, and Chapter or Regional marketing efforts is helpful for committee members. Additionally, strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively can support alignment with NAWIC’s vision and strategic goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
A desire to work collaboratively as part of a team and a commitment to amplifying the NAWIC brand both within and outside of the membership are key. Eligibility is flexible and open to discussion based on individual interests, skills, and availability.

Committee Member Responsibilities:
Committee members are responsible for supporting and guiding marketing efforts at the National, Regional, and Chapter levels to ensure the NAWIC brand and messaging are consistent across the Association. National and Regional Marketing Chairs share information from the National level with chapters, providing resources and direction to enhance chapter marketing efforts.
In addition to promoting brand consistency, committee members contribute to advancing the mission and strategic plan of the Association and the NAWIC National Board. Members collaborate to execute their responsibilities with focus and alignment to NAWIC’s overarching goals, ensuring impactful and cohesive marketing initiatives.
