Education Pillar

Support the DEI certification training program pilot
Facilitate leadership DEI education training for the national board, chapter presidents, regional directors, chapter DEI ambassadors
Develop quarterly webinar and blog
Leverage synergies with national education committee
Work with national office on social media platforms for DEI committee communications

Communication Pillar

Leverage synergies with emerging professionals national committee to support women in the trades spotlight series
Develop a “Women in the Trades” spotlight series communications for the NAWIC publications
Support all communications for the DEI committee
Work with National office on social media platforms

Community Engagement Pillar

Identify two new industry partners and associations to host an joint DEI committee event
Lead DEI awards, process, DEI annual conference program
