NAWIC ANNUAL CONFERNCE VOUCHER CONTEST
OFFICIAL RULES (2025)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1.  ELIGIBILITY: Contest entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited. Employees of NAWIC, and its advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies [“Related Entities”] and their immediate families are not eligible. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Contest is NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) 327 S. Adams St., Fort Worth, TX 76104. [“Sponsor”].
3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER: This contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 31, 2025. A) Online Entries: Log onto org/contest2025 and submit the Official Online Entry Form by submitting your complete name, address including zip code, and your e-mail address by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 1, 2011; or B) Mail Entries: Hand print your complete name, address including zip code and email address (if available) on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail the piece of paper in an envelope with First Class Postage to: Taylor Brand Group, 135 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602. All Mail Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2025 and received by August 10, 2025. Limit one entry per household. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. With respect to Online Entries, Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected entries, entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost or damaged due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. All Online Entries must include a valid e-mail address. With respect to Mail Entries, Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, or postage-due Entries or mail.
4. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWING: Five Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 15, 2025 by the Taylor Brand Group, LLC, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Contest. Odds of winning the Prizes will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified on or about August 22, 2025. In the event the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. FIVE PRIZES: A total of five prizes will be awarded for a total value of $4,500. Winners will receive a voucher for free registration at the 2026 NAWIC Annual Conference. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the voucher is permitted. All voucher winners must supply the Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Sponsor may rescind the Contest, without liability, in the event of printing or production errors, or electronic failures of any kind. By accepting a voucher, where permitted by law, Winner grants to Sponsor and the Related Entities associated with this Contest, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, discovered or devised, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times, the winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without review, approval, or notification.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If a voucher Winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Entrants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and the Related Entities associated with this Contest from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Contest related activity, participation in this Contest or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Further, entrants acknowledged that the Sponsor and Related Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any voucher.
8. INTERNET: If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST AND EVENT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.   Uses of automated devices are not valid for entry, and will subject user to immediate disqualification.
9. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor’s products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process.
10. NAME OF WINNER: To receive the name of the voucher Winners, (available after 8/15/25), or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to be received by 9/30/25 to: NAWIC Contest Winner, c/o Taylor Brand Group, LLC, 135 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602. Please specify “Official Rules” or “Winners List”.
11. NATURE OF SPONSOR’S BUSINESS: NAWIC is a professional association.
12. CHANCES OF WINNING: Because there will be an unknown number of entries, chances of winning are also unknown.
