Embracing technology early in her career opened doors to leadership opportunities, allowing her to shape how digital tools are used across construction projects and business operations. She encourages solutions that empower others, whether simplifying complex tech for clients or assisting internal teams in adopting tools that transform their workflows.

Katie is also a passionate advocate for inclusion in the industry. She helped launch Knutson’s women’s employee resource group and mentors emerging talent through the ACE Mentor Program. She believes that when innovation is accessible and inclusive, it becomes a powerful force for progress.
