Christi Pilutik is a third-generation construction professional with over 20 years of experience shaping the employee experience for some of the industry’s leading organizations. As the Founder and President of ALTA Consulting, she works closely with construction leaders to build high-performing teams, optimize communication, and implement data-driven processes that enhance every phase of a project—from concept to close-out. Her passion for workforce development took root during her early roles at Kiewit, where she helped establish the company’s first shared service department, and at Skanska USA, where she served as Vice President of Employee Experience, transforming HR services for more than 10,000 employees. A certified CliftonStrengths coach and Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Christi has guided countless professionals toward stronger, more resilient careers. In recognition of her leadership and advocacy, Christi was honored with a 2024 Women of Vision award from the Daily Journal of Commerce. A fixture in the Pacific Northwest construction community, she continues to champion innovative solutions that elevate craft workers, empower leaders, and pave the way for a more inclusive, thriving industry.
